Care Guide
Hairy Green Mushroom thrives under low to moderate lighting and low to moderate indirect water flow. Best placed in the lower to middle areas of the aquarium, this hardy coral adapts well to a range of reef conditions and is primarily photosynthetic, though it may benefit from dissolved nutrients and occasional fine particulate foods. As a semi-aggressive coral, adequate spacing should be provided between neighboring corals. Maintain stable reef parameters with a temperature of 76–80°F, salinity of 1.025, alkalinity of 8–11 dKH, calcium of 400–450 ppm, and magnesium of 1250–1400 ppm for optimal health and growth.
