The Helmet Picasso Clownfish is a selectively bred designer form of the Percula Clownfish, scientifically known as Amphiprion percula. This variety displays the irregular white patterning associated with Picasso Perculas, with expanded markings that can create a distinctive helmet-like appearance around the head and body.
The pair pictured features bright orange coloration, bold white patterning, and contrasting black edging. Pattern development varies from fish to fish, giving each Helmet Picasso its own individual appearance.
