$39.99 Flat Rate Shipping
All livestock orders are shipped at a flat rate of $39.99 for Priority Overnight shipping.
Livestock Orders Under $149.99 shipping is $79.99.
Do You Ship for Saturday Delivery?
Yes, but UPS charges an extra fee for Saturday delivery of $16. You can select the option when you check out.
What is Zone 1 Shipping?
Zone 1 shipping is for customers withing our 1 day UPS ground delivery window. The rate for shipping ground is $19.99.. This option applies to orders shipped Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not available via Ground shipping.
How Do I Know if I Am in the Zone 1 Area?
Zone 1 includes all of Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey, and parts of New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. If your zip code is in our Zone 1 delivery range it will show the Ground Delivery choice when you check out. If you do not see that option you are outside of the area for 1 day ground delivery.
Does UPS Guarantee Delivery with Ground?
UPS does not fully guarantee 1 day delivery within this zone but has the wording as "expected by" for the time commitment. We have not had many issues with ground since this change in commitment but have had orders arrive after 6PM. For our live arrival guarantee to remain in effect on Ground shipments, your order must be Held for Pickup at a UPS Customer Access Location for pickup. You can find the Access Point location closest to you at UPS.com
Zone 1 shipping is not recommended from Thanksgiving to Christmas due to the increased shipping during this time of year.
Do You Ship Outside of the Continental US?
Yes, we ship to Alaska only. Due to the higher cost of shipping orders going to areas outside of the continental U.S. we charge the exact shipping cost of your order. We will let you know the approximate cost to ship and set up payment information for the additional shipping fee.
Do You Charge for Additional Boxes?
All shipping fees are per box. In the rare event that your shipment requires more than one box, you will be notified before the shipment goes out.
What Do You Charge to Ship Live Rock?
For live rock the shipping fee is included in the price of the rock. If the rock is included in a mixed order with other items or livestock, the other items will ship separately from the rock and you will still pay regular shipping on the other items. If your rock can fit in the box with your livestock we will add it to the box at no additional cost.
